We do not accept returns or refunds for reasons attributable to the customer, such as "item is not what I imagined", "item doesn't fit", "I ordered the wrong item", etc. We will accept returns for initial defects of the product upon arrival.

Our delivery service (air mail) does not have tracking number.
Delivery time is typically 5-7 working days within Asia and 10-15 working days for the rest of the world.

If you want to add the tracking number, please choose "postal parcel".  It takes time same as air mail.
